Meetings
GLAAM holds board meetings to run the chapter, plus the social gatherings that make up most of our calendar.
When and where
Meeting dates, times, and locations are announced on the chapter calendar and in the newsletter. The chapter does not maintain a permanent meeting hall, so locations change.
Minutes and records
Official meeting minutes are member documents posted in the Mensa Connect lounge, along with financial reports.
Decisions made at meetings are recorded as motions.
